Canine Hoopers is one of the newest dog sports taking over the globe. Join Carrie-Anne Selwyn the founder of Canine Hoopers World to find out what all the fuss is about. Hoopers is low impact, so it is one of the most inclusive activities to teach and compete in. Canine Hoopers World was set up to educate people on the fun of hoopers. Carrie-Anne will explain how training and teamwork can build confidence, whilst you are playing together. So, if you own a dog come and see what Canine Hoopers is about.

About The Presenter
Carrie-Anne Selwyn has been training dogs for a decade. She started her teaching career at a riding school, completed her animal care qualification whilst working at a cattery but found her passion with dogs. Carrie-Anne started her dog training with the IMDT and now teaches for IMDT Australia and UK. She is also an assessor for the IMDT (UK).
After discovering hoopers and doing all the available courses she set up Canine Hoopers World so more people could access hoopers without having to do other dog sports. Representative for England with DASH (Distance and speed hoopers) the latest style hoopers in America.
Carrie-Anne loves to distance handle her GSD but must run with her Chihuahua so understands every dog is an individual. 2021 was her first official competition season with Dodge her rescue GSD and they have already moved up to grade 2, qualified and came 2nd in the UK hoopers Novice Championship and received their Bronze warrant.
