My Bio
Welcome to Barkley Academy, your local family dog trainer in Ryde and the Inner West of Sydney. I grew up with 6 dogs, my mother showed at Crufts, along with professional education this has given me a wealth of knowledge and experience which I use with the latest scientific positive reinforcement techniques to address any issues you may have.
In addition to Barkley's I have rehabilitated, trained and rescued dogs for many years.
I hold a Certificate IV in Animal Training and Behaviour and am a member of the Delta Institute.
I am also a volunteer with Sydney All Breeds Dog Training Club, holding the position of Vice President and Instructor, an accredited trainer for mindDog (Psychiatric Service Dog Association NSW), member of the Pet Professional Guild Australia, Association of Pet Dog Trainers and Dogs NSW.
