FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


Who is eligible for the member ticket price?

Members of Pet Professional Guild Australia (PPGA) and Association of Pet Dog Trainers Australia Inc (APDT) – you must be a current paying member of either of these organisations. When registering, please indicate which association you are a member of, what membership level and if possible your membership number. 

Is there an early bird discounts available?

Yes, early bird pricing will be available until 1 May 2024 for both members and non-members.

Is there accommodation at the conference venue I can book?

Yes, Rydges has accommodation rooms at special discounted rates at Rydges World Square for our attendees. Numbers for these rooms limited and once sold out you will need to book direct with the hotel. Go to this link for further information.

How do I register?

Keep an eye on our social media for when registrations open and how to register.

Can I register and buy a ticket on the day?

No, tickets will need to be purchased before the 13th of June 2024

Can I get a refund if I change my mind about attending?

Should your circumstances change, and you are unable to attend the conference, you must contact us at marketing@ppgaustralia.net.au as soon as possible to arrange a refund or a delegation substitution. 

In accordance with the above policy, cancellations made:

Before 31st May 2024 will be eligible for a full refund

Between 1st June 2024 and the 13th of June 2024 will be eligible for a full refund less cancelation fee (10% of the total registration cost)

On or after 14th June 2024 will not receive a refund, however, delegate substitution is possible

If the event is cancelled, how do I obtain a refund?

In the event the event if cancelled, we will contact all registered attendees via email and arrange refunds. 

Can i get Continuing Education Points (CE Points) for attending the conference?

Yes, you can get 8 points per day with a maximum of 24 points. There will be a certificate sent to all registrants post conference

I booked the wrong session; can I change my booking?

Please email us at marketing@ppgaustralia.net.au and we can resolve this for you.

I have accessibility needs/dietary requirements; can you accommodate me?

Yes, absolutely. Let us know what you require by emailing marketing@ppgaustralia.net.au with your needs. Rydges World Square is an accessible hotel and welcomes assistance dogs.
